. What is the format/ How is it played?
Innistrad Block Cosntructed. Players will enter a 3 round Swiss tournament if there are at least 6 block players present or more on each League day. Each League day costs $2 per player and one booster pack per two players goes into the daily pot. Prizes are paid out daily as well as at the end of the League in the Finals tournament. Points are also generated for match wins (2) or match played (1) if there are less than 6 players on a given day. Otherwise, points are tallied based on the number of points you accrue by playing in the tournament. For example, a winner of all three rounds of a 3 round tournament will earn a total of 9 points for that League day (3 points for a win or bye at three rounds = 9 points). Multiple matches with the same opponent do not earn extra League points. What do I get for being the League winner?
We'll host another Finals tournament on January 29th, Sunday, at 3 pm. The top 8 players in the Innistrad League that are present at that time will be granted free entry to a 3 round swiss sanctioned constructed competitive tournament using your Innistrad League deck. The top 4 players of this tournament will win the League Prize (more details to come). Also, the top 4 players with the most accumulated Innistrad League points will also receive the League Prize.
